  • At Transformation Plus, we are committed to accommodating our clients’ needs.

    • To reschedule your appointment without any charges, please speak directly with a staff member at least 24 hours in advance for weekday appointments and 72 hours in advance for weekend appointments.

    • If you contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your payment and session will be forfeited.

    • Important: Please do not leave a voicemail regarding appointment changes, be sure to speak with a staff member directly.

    • Weekday Appointments: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Weekend Appointments: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • To respect our team’s time and other clients, if an appointment is missed without proper notice, 50% of the service fee will be applied.

  • Transformation plus schedules appointments based on the full duration of each service. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened by the amount of time missed, and the service will end at the originally scheduled time.

  • The expiration date of each package depends on its type and the number of services included. For specific details, please consult with a Transformation Plus manager.

    • Non-Refundable: All package purchases are final and cannot be refunded.

    • Credit Toward Other Services: The value of your package can be applied toward any other services we offer. This credit must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • The consultation fee is $55. If you choose to book a service following your consultation, the consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of your selected service.
