Founder & Medical Director, Transformation Plus

Dr. Lina Elbadawi is a board-certified Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician and founder of Transformation Plus, a hybrid medical spa and wellness clinic focused on personalized care, advanced therapies, and healthy aging. She graduated from Duke University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Before founding Transformation Plus, Dr. Elbadawi served with the U.S. Public Health Service for seven years, responding to hurricanes and disease outbreaks domestically and internationally, including Ebola outbreaks in West and Central Africa.

Her clinical expertise includes metabolic health, weight management, and preventative medicine, with a special focus on innovative therapies that support healthy longevity. At Transformation Plus, Dr. Elbadawi brings a deeply compassionate, evidence-based approach that empowers patients to live vibrantly at every stage of life.

Aesthetic Director, Transformation Plus

Maryam Rezajoui brings over 20 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, with a Master’s degree in Education and Management. She has worked as a product specialist and executive with internationally recognized brands including YSL, Clinique, and Clarins, and for the past 15 years has successfully managed multiple high-end spas.

Certified in facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, HydraFacial, and advanced med spa treatments, Maryam specializes in delivering results-driven therapies that enhance skin health and natural beauty. She is passionate about helping every client look and feel their best, with a focus on skin vitality, youthfulness, and long-term confidence.

RN, Transformation Plus

Leslie is a critical care nurse with a strong background in burn and multi-system trauma care. A graduate of Towson University, she brings exceptional clinical expertise and a deep commitment to safety to every client experience. With a passion for aesthetics and wellness, Leslie provides restorative IV hydration treatments that promote balance, vitality, and natural beauty from the inside out.

Practice Assistant, Transformation Plus

Dashawn Brandon brings over six years of management experience in the medical spa industry, having served as an assistant manager at top med spas. She is deeply passionate about skincare and wellness and is equally dedicated to leading and supporting teams.

Throughout her career, Dashawn has developed expertise ranging from social media marketing to advanced aesthetic treatments such as HydraFacial, exosome therapy, and other leading med spa services. Her combination of hands-on knowledge, leadership skills, and patient-centered approach makes her an invaluable member of the Transformation Plus team.
